LeydenReady Field Team
Neighbors helping neighbors before, during, and after emergencies.
The LeydenReady Field Team is a group of residents who support emergency preparedness, home hardening, and defensible space across our neighborhood. The work is volunteer-based, community focused and flexible—designed so people can participate at a level that fits their time, skills, and comfort.
Why A Field Team?
During emergencies and high-risk events—such as wildfires, severe weather, or extended power outages—neighbors are often the first line of support. The Field Team helps strengthen those connections before something happens.
Our goal is not replacing first responders or enforcement. It’s preparation, communication, and coordination—working alongside residents, HOAs, and local partners like Arvada Fire and Jefferson County.
Efficiency When Minutes Count
Communities that prepare in advance evacuate more quickly and with less stress. When residents know what to take, where to go, and who may need help, critical moments become coordinated action instead of confusion.
Year-Round Readiness, Safer Outcomes
Wildfire readiness is a year-round effort. Defensible space, go bags, and evacuation plans—combined with neighborhood drills—lead to safer homes, quicker responses, and stronger community confidence long before a threat appears.
The Bottom Line
LeydenReady’s neighborhood-based approach supports calm, coordinated action, clear communication, and neighbor-to-neighbor support—especially for those who may need extra help. Together, we make preparedness a shared success.
